Position Overview:
Our agency is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative/Logistics Coordinator to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute material orders, ensuring timely monitoring and addressing stock shortages.
- Receive and verify incoming goods, ensuring accuracy of orders and delivery documentation, while managing warehouse inventory.
- Prepare daily equipment for technicians according to their schedules.
- Utilize office software and logistics management systems for order processing.
- Collaborate with suppliers and coordinate delivery schedules with transport services.
- Handle containers, pallets, and materials exceeding 30 Kg.
- Manage waste disposal processes efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments.
- Assist clients during material drop-offs for quality checks.
- Oversee vehicle fleet operations in conjunction with general services.
- Manage client gifts for seasonal occasions.
- Maintain consistent communication with support teams and management.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to safety protocols. A strong team player with proficiency in IT tools is essential.
Must possess a certification in Logistics/Material Handling with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A valid driving license B, along with Electrical Certification H0B0, and Car Driver License R is preferred. This position is available.
