The Opportunity
As a Network Reliability Engineer Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of Worldline's network infrastructure. You'll work within a dynamic team dedicated to implementing best practices in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to deliver exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of shared services that enhance Worldline's operational efficiency and innovation.
- Integrate open-source tools and technologies into our existing ecosystem.
- Develop custom automation scripts and tools using various programming languages.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- Support business units in migrating their applications and infrastructure to our modern, cloud-native environment.
- Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and security of Worldline's network infrastructure.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
- Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
