We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team as a Lead Security Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the adoption and implementation of the Secure Development Lifecycle framework and compliance with cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect our systems and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity guidelines and processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance and expertise to development teams on secure development practices and threat modeling.
- Collect and analyze cybersecurity metrics to inform data-driven strategies and plans.
- Deploy and improve cybersecurity functionalities in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure development teams adhere to risk-driven cybersecurity processes and controls throughout the development lifecycle.
- Assist in managing vulnerability triage and resolution to maintain secure software environments.
- Support internal audits and formal cybersecurity reviews to ensure compliance with Schneider data security and privacy processes.
- Represent offer development teams in security meetings and workshops, staying informed about new policies, procedures, and technologies.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations to enhance cybersecurity competencies within development teams.
- 10+ years of experience in OT Cybersecurity.
- Standing Certification in Cybersecurity Management, such as CISSP or CSSLP.
- Experience working in an Engineering/R&D group following a Secure Development Lifecycle based on standards like IEC 62443 or ISO 21434.
- Ability to align operational/information security policies with business requirements.
- Foundational data protection & privacy knowledge or willingness to acquire it during tenure.
