**Our Projects**

Our teams (50M€ turnover, 300 employees, and 6 locations in France) design and implement telecommunications and signaling infrastructure for railway infrastructure managers such as SNCF Réseau, RATP, and the Société du Grand Paris. We also support telecommunications operators in deploying their services within railway premises. Our work contributes to the efficiency and development of the railway transport sector, which is one of the lowest CO2-emitting modes of transport.

**Your Role**

As an Electrician Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Visiting and preparing the construction site in collaboration with your hierarchy, respecting given instructions
  • Defining and optimizing the necessary resources for the successful completion of the project (human, material, etc.)
  • Piloting at least one team of 2 to 8 agents, coordinating various stakeholders on construction sites, and ensuring organization
  • Installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing all electrical distribution systems and connected electrical equipment
  • Using plans, cable schematics, and manufacturer installation manuals
  • Preparing weekly construction site reports, attachments, and reconciliations for your hierarchy
  • Performing tracing, repainting of networks, and branchings, and modifying plans if necessary
  • Reporting on-site events and participating in analyzing their causes and proposing actions to prevent their recurrence
  • Unrolling cables, installing cable ducts, and other cable paths
  • Connecting cables and various CFO/CFA equipment (bares, telecom farms, TGBT, maintenance coffers, etc.)
  • Controlling and measuring the conformity of installations
  • Ensuring the technical quality of the service

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CAP Electrician diploma, a Bac Professional in Electrical Trades, a BTS Electrician, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • A valid electrical authorization (H0, B1/B2, BR, BC)
  • Autonomy, volunteerism, and polyvalence
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Motivation and a positive attitude
