Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue for the Arbitration practice in Continental Europe.
- Work collaboratively with lawyers within the practice to compose and manage compelling proposals, including pitches, RFP responses, and other opportunities to win work for the regional practice group.
- Produce and manage practice group content, campaigns, and events to increase engagement with key clients and enhance the personal brands of leading practitioners and the firm's global reputation.
- Leverage marketing technology and tools to identify opportunities to develop existing clients and services, track key relationships, and measure the success of initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and contribute to the firm's approach to business development.
- Participate in an agile and responsive bespoke service model based on mutual respect and appreciation of skillsets across the team.
Requirements:
- Significant business development experience in an international law firm or another consulting environment.
- Fluent French and English, excellent writing skills in both languages.
- Ability to work independently on own initiative, but also with strong teamworking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize actions, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with attention to detail in grammar and proofreading.
- Natural curiosity and propensity to learn; enthusiasm to grow into a rounded business development practitioner.
