Commercial Development Manager

Steeple is revolutionizing the way companies communicate internally with its innovative Phygital tool. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage leads to convert them into clients
- Follow up on cases to ensure effective closing
- Analyze, define, and execute the commercial development strategy for the territory
- Contribute to the structuring of the offer and the development of commercial processes
- Support the launch of Steeple with clients to obtain recommendations and generate new leads
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and a Bac+3/5 degree
- Strong skills in sales techniques and negotiation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot)
- Excellent customer service skills
