Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Partnerships Department, you will work closely with our international manufacturer partners to deliver digital and eCommerce projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage simple organizational projects, develop business requirements, and ensure timely implementation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Manage simple organizational projects to support the Partnerships Department in the implementation and industrialization of digital and eCommerce projects with car manufacturers.
    • Develop, supervise, and assist in the validation of business requirements.
    • Follow the schedule and communicate milestones to contributors.
    • Participate in steering committees.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain the knowledge base of the Partnerships Department.
  • Partnership Development
    • Participate and support in the framing of new projects.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Manage data visualization and analytics projects from various current and future projects.
    • Ensure good knowledge of data and collaboration with Data teams.
    • Consolidate business needs and support in the creation of reports and dashboards for partner activities.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +4/+5).
  • Skills
    • Analytics skills.
    • Synthesis mindset.
    • IT skills:
      • Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 apps.
      • Knowledge of Power Query and/or Power BI is appreciated.
      • Knowledge of Google Analytics is appreciated.
  • Languages
    • French and English (B2+).
