Join our team at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, a 5-star hotel located in the heart of Circular Quay, Sydney. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our front desk team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the front desk team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the management of hotel operations, including room assignments, guest services, and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Rooms Division Manager and General Manager to achieve business objectives
- Previous experience in a hotel management role, preferably in a similar position
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
