At Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of the Front Office team to achieve a reputation as a market leader in service.
- Supervise lobby services, including car parking and portering, to ensure efficient guest arrivals and departures.
- Monitor and maintain public areas to ensure they are clean and well-presented.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner, following through to ensure all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to achieve total guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
As a member of the Accor group, you will be entitled to generous benefits and esteemed training programs. Annual Salary is $73,707.
