Job Summary
Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and caring Children/Babies Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 4 months to 2 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and care for children, building trust and confidence with parents and children alike.
- Organize and lead engaging activities, workshops, games, stories, and songs tailored to the age and developmental needs of the children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children within the Petit Club and during all resort activities.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to Club Med's regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for children and families.
Requirements
- Childcare diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in English is required, with other languages an asset.
