Job Title: Façade Site Manager for Exterior Thermal Insulation & Renovation
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and workers on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and monitor project tasks, including pre-inspection and documentation
- Participate in resource planning and procurement for projects
- Conduct surface surveys, measurements, and provide support in team leaders' absence
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and workers to ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing construction sites, specializing in exterior insulation and renovation
