The successful candidate should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management, coupled with at least 2 years of professional experience as an Accountant or Financial Cost Analyst in a larger establishment. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that multiple quotations are secured for all procurement activities.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the SCALA system (Materials Management System).
- Oversee and verify that the Purchasing department acquires current and precise quotations.
- Engage in formal negotiations for significant contracts involving inventory supplies.
- Conduct random inspections to confirm that received goods meet specified criteria.
- Review monthly inventory counts and prepare reconciliation reports for all storage areas.
- Compile month-end cost analysis reports, including reconciliation of all storage facilities.
- Examine back-of-house operations, materials management, and kitchen supply chain.
- Ensure precise data entry by operational staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism management.
