INTRODUCTION TO THE IT PROCUREMENT STRATEGY TEAM

The team is responsible for overseeing all procurement practices within Group Technology Operations and the Group CIO divisions, aligning with the overarching IT strategies:

  1. Spearhead the formulation, execution, and governance of the Group Technology Operations and Group CIO procurement strategy (4-year roadmap).
  2. Direct the annual Group Technology Operations and Group CIO Workforce Action Plan.
  3. Oversee and manage the Procurement Request process across Group Technology Operations and Group CIO Support GTO.
  4. Drive transformation initiatives, particularly in collaboration with GO HR teams for the preparation and management of social affair cases.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  1. Assist in defining, executing, and governing the Group IT Services procurement strategy.
  2. Collaborate closely with GTO/Group CIO LTM members to outline the IT Procurement plan for the next 4 years, managing portfolio-related initiatives across 8 product families, 4 markets, 2 transversal departments, GO CIO, and 2 Corporate Mandate Departments.
  3. Engage in associated initiatives in partnership with various program/project/topic owners.
  4. Organize and facilitate working groups comprising Monitoring Partners, finance personnel, GOT, LTM members, and other executives; coordinate their efforts and guide decision-making under time-sensitive conditions related to IT.
  5. Work in tandem with the IT transformation team to implement the IT Procurement Strategic plan through the Operating Model for GTO & GCIO.
  6. Coordinate GTO/GCIO extended LTM offsite meetings (biannually) and prepare ad hoc LTM presentations.
  7. Ensure alignment between GTO/GCIO Procurement Strategy, Group Operation Transformation, and Finance to streamline practices, planning, and reporting at AXA GO level, fostering a unified approach.

As a member of the IT Procurement Strategy team, you will guarantee coherence among all procurement practices led by the team (IT Procurement Strategy/Workforce Evolution/Procurement Request Process) and enhance the strength of improvement proposals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a global and multicultural setting.

Proficient understanding of procurement plan management and procurement processes.
