Job Title: Global Marketing AssistantWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Global Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the global marketing manager and other key stakeholders in implementing the marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the global marketing manager and other key stakeholders to implement the marketing strategy
- Understand the company brand, products, and customers
- Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Organize and interpret market research
- Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback
- Work closely with other members of the marketing and sales teams
- Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents
- Create marketing materials such as email templates and presentations
- Upload supporting documents to our regional distribution platforms
- Create reports related to ongoing projects
- Maintain an organized marketing assets database
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team
- Work with various types of software, such as Canva, Beefree, Airtable, and Salesforce
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in French. Other languages are a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Competent in Google Suite: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.
- Good organizational skills
- Experience in administration or as a sales and marketing assistant
