Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Global Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the global marketing manager and other key stakeholders to implement the marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in French. Other languages are a plus. They will be detail-oriented, able to work effectively within a team and independently, and competent in Google Suite: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.

The Global Marketing Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the company brand, products, and customers
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Organizing and interpreting market research
  • Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
  • Working closely with other members of the marketing and sales teams
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
  • Creating marketing materials such as email templates and presentations
  • Uploading supporting documents to our regional distribution platforms
  • Creating reports related to ongoing projects
  • Maintaining an organized marketing assets database
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team
  • Working with various types of software, such as Canva, Beefree, Airtable, and Salesforce
