About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new business opportunities in the B2B ingredient market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the ingredient market
  • Engage with prospects and demonstrate the value proposition of Oterra's natural colors
  • Direct sales for simpler needs and maintain a strong prospect and lead pipeline
  • Systematically manage leads and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Proactive and persistent sales talent with a passion for uncovering new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects and build relationships
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with Sales Force and CRM tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with the B2B ingredient industry or a related field is advantageous
