About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advisory Services Consultant to join our team at Workday France. As a trusted Workday HCM Reporting authority, you will have the opportunity to assist our customers with strategic advice, standard methodology mentorship, and feature demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Workday Success Plans services to our customers in EMEA
  • Provide expert guidance on sophisticated designs and configurations
  • Develop and deliver Workday Reporting & Analytics services
  • Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements and scope of the engagement
  • Ensure customers take advantage of Workday standard methodologies
  • Participate in update training and other events to share product skills with other consultants
About You

The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep understanding of all areas of Workday Reporting & Analytics, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets. You will also have demonstrable experience in professional services and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software in the Cloud.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics
Other Qualifications
  • Ability to work multi-functional as a "virtual" team leader and possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior management and technical resources both internally and externally
  • Ability to perform effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar software applications
  • Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects)
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL
  • Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Workday HCM, Workday Reporting
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
  • Strong critical thinking skills to understand sophisticated, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
