About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager - Lyon Métropole. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Pilot and manage projects in a functional mode, working closely with Operational Managers.
  • Accompany teams in a context of strong transformation.
  • Manage and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Niveau 6 minimum (Bac +3/4) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong track record of delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of the economic and social needs of the territorial perimeter, including local actors, services, and collectivities.
  • Ability to innovate and take the lead in projects.
  • Strong cultural fit with Afpa's values and mission.
