Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their training needs and priorities.
Training Consultancy & Business Development
Identify and develop training programs that meet customer needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
Project Management
Manage customer projects, working closely with the Training Delivery Coordination team to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Monitor and analyze training delivery processes, and provide regular reports to management on customer projects and feedback.
Requirements:
Education: University degree or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in account management and/or business development, with a proven ability to assess training needs and recommend impactful learning programs.
Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with a working knowledge of IT and software industry.
