Our events expertise center specializes in organizing both internal and external events for the group, ranging from conventions and seminars to trade shows and public relations events.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Project Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in all aspects of event planning and execution, working closely with project managers on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed event specifications based on internal briefs
  • Source and select suppliers while adhering to public procurement regulations
  • Manage event budgets and process invoices accurately
  • Handle administrative tasks, including orders, insurance, and contracts
  • Collaborate with agencies by attending meetings and monitoring feedback
  • Develop and maintain project timelines
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize necessary meetings for internal and external committees
  • Negotiate and monitor supplier performance (agencies, caterers, venues, technical support)
  • Oversee logistics management
  • Track deadlines, proofs, and setups for suppliers
  • Assist with event setup and coordination
  • Support content production efforts
  • Contribute to the development of event run-downs
  • Manage speaker preparation and presentations
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management (Bac+4 to Bac+5)
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Exhibit initiative and a willingness to learn
