We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team at POK SAS. As a key member of our Finance, Purchasing, and Legal department, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relaunch all suppliers by phone to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Update our databases to reflect the latest information on suppliers and their products.
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Obtain receipts from suppliers to confirm delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist the purchasing department in various administrative tasks.
  • Place orders for procurement.
  • Improve our purchasing process.
Requirements
  • Proficient in French, with a strong command of written and spoken language.
  • English language skills at B1 level (spoken and written) to communicate with suppliers and partners.
