Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Field Support Specialist to join our team at Teradyne. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of UR robots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support through multiple communication mediums to resolve customer inquiries
  • Prepare technical documentation, including Salesforce Case Management and applicable warranty and/or field service documents
  • Manage cases through the service recovery process to conclusion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and resolution
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Functional knowledge of high-level programming languages, such as C++/Java/Python
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple service cases and tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to ambiguity and fast-paced environments
