Cybersecurity Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the transformation of our Corporate Security Operation Center (SOC) into a cutting-edge Cyber Defense Operation Center (CDOC). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the CDOC architecture, tools, and workflows, as well as leading a team of security analysts and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and communicate the vision, mission, and goals for the CDOC transformation and align them with the organization's strategy and culture.
- Review and update the cybersecurity operation roadmap and budget, and ensure that they are aligned with the organization's needs, expectations, and resources.
- Execute the cybersecurity operation transformation, including the design, implementation, and optimization of the processes, tools, and technologies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and maturity of the cybersecurity operation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Oversee and manage the cybersecurity operation services and solutions, including the detection, analysis, response, and mitigation of cyber incidents, the threat intelligence and the investigation and forensics.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for the CDOC, and provide regular reports and feedback to the CISO and other stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, trends, and best practices in the CDOC domain, and recommend solutions that can enhance the CDOC capabilities and efficiency.
- Coordinate and communicate with other teams and departments, such as IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure the CDOC supports the organizational goals and requirements.
- Develop and maintain the CDOC policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure they are followed and enforced.
- Provide guidance and support to the CDOC team in handling security incidents, investigations, and escalations.
- Act as the CDOC representative and spokesperson in internal and external events, meetings, and forums.
