Digital and Cybersecurity

We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity expert to lead our Cyber Defense Operation Center (CDOC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, experience in leading transformation projects, and a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the CDOC vision, mission, and goals, aligning them with the organization's strategy and culture.
  • Review and update the cybersecurity operation roadmap and budget, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs and expectations.
  • Execute the CDOC transformation, including the design, implementation, and optimization of processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee and manage cybersecurity operation services and solutions, including incident response, threat intelligence, and investigation and forensics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years of experience in leading and managing cybersecurity operation teams.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in CDOC architecture, tools, and workflows.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
