Role Overview:
As a Logistics Coordinator within our dedicated After-Sales team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our spare parts supply chain. Your responsibilities will encompass managing inventory levels, tracking orders, and coordinating shipments. This dynamic role allows for close collaboration with various internal departments and external partners, significantly contributing to our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Supervise inventory levels, consumption trends, and forecasts across all repair centers.
- Conduct regular audits and schedule production to avert shortages.
- Utilize dashboards for effective stock level management.
- Order Management:
- Facilitate the placement and monitoring of orders with our factory and logistics platforms.
- Handle quotations, track order statuses, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
- ERP System Maintenance:
- Oversee the creation of spare parts, including pricing and imagery.
- Prepare invoices for factory billing and manage receiving operations both physically and within the ERP system.
- Update inventory records upon receipt of goods to ensure accuracy.
- Shipment Coordination:
- Ensure the efficient operation of shipments for spare parts and repaired items.
- Collaborate with the factory and technicians to guarantee timely and precise dispatch and delivery.
- Stock Organization:
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts for quick access and efficient workflow.
- Perform regular inventory checks and uphold an effective storage system.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain management.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Competence in office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A keen interest in music, particularly in computer music, is advantageous.
