At Verkor SAS, we're looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to our mission of pioneering low-carbon battery manufacturing in France.
As a Data Scientist, you'll work closely with our Process Innovation team to develop and implement AI-powered solutions for predicting battery manufacturing outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and training machine learning models using Python and/or R programming
- Working with large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborating with the Process Innovation team to integrate AI solutions into our manufacturing process
Requirements include:
- BAC+4/+5 degree in Engineering or a Master's in a strong Scientific Domain (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and/or R programming, familiarity with traditional data science/machine learning frameworks (Numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Tidyverse), and experience in model training
- Professional proficiency in French and/or English, and an English resume
