Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to become part of the HR and Employee Experience division at Orange Business Services. This role focuses on the digital transformation and enhancement of HR operations. You will play a crucial role in orchestrating and overseeing HRIS initiatives, supporting the management of project timelines, assessing user requirements, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include establishing performance metrics, preparing and leading project discussions, and aiding in the creation of documentation and training materials for users.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a background in engineering, business, or information systems, coupled with a keen interest in human resources and technology. Proficiency in both French and English is essential, along with strong communication abilities, teamwork skills, organizational capabilities, independence, analytical thinking, and familiarity with IT systems. Experience in project management is advantageous.
