Position Overview
As an Industrial Electrical Project Supervisor, you will take charge of coordinating and overseeing daily operations at electrical construction sites within the industrial sector, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Your responsibilities will encompass managing team efficiency, overseeing inventory, and guiding team leaders to guarantee timely and high-quality project execution.
- Direct and oversee operational teams, serving as a communication bridge between team leaders and upper management.
- Evaluate the work completed by teams, including both in-house personnel and subcontractors.
- Organize site meetings, provide weekly progress reports, and conduct safety briefings.
- Monitor team schedules and validate timekeeping records.
- Create project timelines that align with client expectations.
- Ensure effective project delivery and team profitability.
- Assess individual and team performance metrics and quality standards.
- Offer technical guidance to teams and implement strategies for enhancing safety and quality assurance.
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position. A solid understanding of safety regulations, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate independently are crucial. Candidates should demonstrate proactivity, maintain robust client relationships, and actively contribute to the growth and satisfaction of the company.
A valid driver's license is necessary for regional travel, and proficiency in Excel is required.
