Job Title: Insurance Field Sales Consultant

Your Role: As an Insurance Field Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable advice and support to our clients. Your mission is to guide both individual and professional clients through their insurance needs, offering tailored solutions in areas such as retirement planning, health coverage, savings, and property rental.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients through regular meetings, consultations, and retention strategies. Building a trusted relationship with clients is essential to assist them in safeguarding their families and achieving their aspirations.
  • Expand your client base by employing various strategies including field prospecting, cold outreach, social media engagement, and participation in events, aligned with your growth strategy.
  • Operate within a structured environment with a clear product offering, while contributing innovative ideas to enhance client satisfaction.

Your Team: You will work independently within a team of 8 advisors under the guidance of a commercial manager who will provide support tailored to your professional development.
