About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Center Logistics Coordinator to join our team at S3NS. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of IT equipment and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload shipments of IT equipment and spare parts, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery.
  • Handle incoming shipments, including unpacking, inspecting, and storing items in designated locations.
  • Prepare and dispatch parts as needed by our Data Center Technicians, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, maintaining optimal stock levels to support build and repair activities.
  • Operate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, receiving and processing returns, and coordinating replacements.
  • Organize and execute scheduled deliveries and pickups to and from various locations, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
  • Adhere to strict safety and security standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to coordinate equipment supply and manage logistics-related contracts.
  • Participate in the rack receiving and pre-staging process, ensuring seamless integration with our Data Center operations.
Work Environment
  • Requires prolonged standing, sitting, and walking, with occasional lifting of up to 20 Kg (45 lb) and carrying for short distances.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments, working with and around moving mechanical equipment and parts.
  • Work in a noisy environment with varying temperatures between 15°C and 32°C (59°F and 90°F).
  • Occasional travel may be required to support other data center locations.
