About NeithWork: NeithWork is a consulting and recruitment firm dedicated to assisting individuals in their career pursuits. We are currently in search of a Sustainability Consultant to join our team.
Role Overview: As a key member of the QSSE department, you will play a vital role in promoting sustainable practices within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Policy Development: Crafting and executing environmental strategies that align with the Group's objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to environmental laws and standards at local, national, and international levels.
- Program Management: Designing and overseeing initiatives aimed at reducing the carbon footprint and mitigating environmental impacts.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators and generating reports on sustainability efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with various parties and conducting training sessions focused on environmental matters.
- Emergency Preparedness: Developing and implementing environmental response plans for potential incidents.
- Regulatory Oversight: Keeping abreast of environmental legislation and advocating for sustainable policies.
- Advisory Role: Providing guidance to management, performing audits, and executing action plans for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhancing and streamlining methods and tools for better environmental performance.
- Staff Guidance: Monitoring environmental practices and offering support to team members.
