Senior Project EPC Contract Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project EPC Contract Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating EPC contract activities for designated projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate EPC contract activities for designated projects, including contract preparation, negotiation, and administration.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance on contract-related matters to project teams and stakeholders.
  5. Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in EPC contract management, with a strong background in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance.
  • Proven track record of managing complex EPC contracts and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
