We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist for Collaborative Applications to join our team at Hager Electro SAS. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our technical division as an expert for our Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Teams and VMWare WorkspaceOne platforms.
Mission:
As an IT Specialist for Collaborative Applications, you will be responsible for:
- Interfacing with internal customers to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Participating in the architecture, implementation, administration, and support of Microsoft and VMWare platforms (Ms Exchange, Teams, WorkspaceOne)
- Providing level 2 and 3 support to our internal customers in their daily use of our collaborative applications
Professional Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or equivalent education with specific professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technologies such as MS Exchange, Office 365, MS SharePoint, or Ms Teams
- Additional knowledge in.NET Framework, PowerShell, C#, and JavaScript, HTML would be an advantage
- Knowledge in Mobile Device Management (VMWare WorkspaceOne), Mail Flow, Resource Booking, and Flex Office systems would be appreciated
- The ability to draft specifications and manage their realization
- Fluency in English (B2 level minimum) and proficiency in German or French
