About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our HR international team at L-ACOUSTICS SAS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the execution and on-going management of the Group's overall HR strategy in terms of Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Payroll for our French BUs ensuring deadline, accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and knowledge to successfully respond and comply with audits.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Payroll System Integrator.
  • Work as key member with HRIS Technical Analyst to design and customize data integration in our HRIS solution (WORKDAY).
  • Comply with legislation and branch agreements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar position, including payroll expertise experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple high urgency projects.
  • Adaptable and positive when faced with changing circumstances.
  • Strict attention to detail while dealing with large amounts of data, and confidentiality required.
  • Strong mathematical skills with ability to research, analyze and resolve payroll issues.
  • Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS & ADP is a plus.
  • English.
