Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer - Head of Finance Reporting & Analytics to join our team at Capijobnew. As a key member of our SAP Competency Center, you will be responsible for managing budgets, projects, BAU, and people to ensure the Finance business requirements and strategy are aligned and supported by a clear roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain the SAP CC Analytics roadmap and communicate it to various stakeholders, including executives.
  2. Act as a reliable Global Project Manager, overseeing the Analytics team and project teams to support the Analytics portfolio.
  3. Ensure global coordination and cross-application/project support to align with Finance strategy, BAU, business changes, and innovation.
  4. Risk mitigation and decision-taking from projects to emergency management when needed.
  5. Communicate the Finance Business Solution efficiency/results and act as a reliable representative inside and outside SCOR.
  6. Monitor roadmap and deliverables in regards to budgets, plans, and priorities.
  7. Constantly look for ways to bring value to SCOR finance processes (quick wins, innovation, enhancements) to better serve finance customers.
  8. Support the relationship with SAP and rely on this strong connection to support business challenges.
  9. Support the relationship with SCOR stakeholders and promote the vision/actions of Group Finance.
  10. Provide all means to achieve the objectives (people, tools, expertise, budget).
  11. Support SCOR Finance transformation at large.
Requirements
  1. Strong experience in SAP project management, especially around Analytics or Reporting – preferably within consulting companies or banking/insurance industry.
  2. Expertise on managing Analytics in a SCOR Finance like context is a plus (highly integrated, real-time, dynamic, HANA & S/4 based).
  3. Ability to understand both business and technology drivers and challenges.
  4. Proven project management skills for tools, projects, and business reporting topics.
  5. Acknowledged capability to receive escalated situations and act as a leader on building action plans and securing business priorities.
  6. Experience of working in a global environment (i.e. global Competency Center or Analytics department).
  7. Management of teams especially with multi-location team (global & cross-cultural environment).
  8. Technologies oriented and SAP oriented, with a constant look at innovation and business value drivers.
  9. Ability to communicate & write in French and English (German is a nice to have).

Required Education

Master degree in business or finance.
