We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at INRIA, working on Distributed Machine Learning at the Network Edge. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic research team focused on developing innovative solutions for distributed AI systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-quality research in Distributed Machine Learning, with a focus on edge AI systems.
- Participate in the activities of the EU project dAIEDGE, including attending meetings and coordinating Inria's contribution to deliverables.
- Collaborate with PhD students working on related topics.
- Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong mathematical background in optimization, statistical learning, or privacy.
- Excellent programming skills, with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow a plus.
- Subsidized meals.
- Partial reimbursement of public transport costs.
- Leave: 7 weeks of annual leave + 10 extra days off due to RTT (statutory reduction in working hours) + possibility of exceptional leave.
