The Role
As a Social Impact Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving Kyndryl's sustainability initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement and promote environmentally responsible practices across our operations.
Governance, Solution & Reporting- Respond to requests from internal customers regarding sustainable development projects, including RFPs, RFIs, and documentation.
- Collaborate with local and global teams (KyndrylConsult, DataCenter, CIO, Architects) to develop and document Green IT/IT for Green solutions.
- Ensure the follow-up of various CSRD reports, ESG reports, and EgoPro index KPIs, partnering with relevant parties for publication.
- Contribute to implementing transformative actions within Kyndryl's sites, such as mobility plans, energy audits, responsible purchasing initiatives, and more.
- Orchestrate actions across various departments (HRD, MarCom, CIO, Legal, Purchasing) to achieve labeling for Kyndryl's CSR approach (Ecovadis, ISO, INR Label, etc.).
- Monitor regulatory developments within the ESG framework.
- Manage and organize team materials using platforms like Yammer, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Develop the annual calendar for CSR awareness-raising activities, including conferences, workshops, webinars, communication campaigns, and more.
- Plan, organize, and lead awareness-raising workshops (such as Climate Fresk) and employee mobilization efforts.
- Deploy and lead the Social Impact action plan in collaboration with various stakeholders (management, employees, customers, partners, associations).
- Create and foster a community of green ambassadors within Kyndryl.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with associated partnerships.
Who You Are
You possess a strong understanding of CSR strategy, mastery of CSR/SD issues, and control over the extra-financial reporting process. You are passionate about supporting the low-carbon transition and have a proven track record in implementing sustainable practices.
Your skills include proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
