Job Description

As a Dairy Specialist at Grand Frais, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert product knowledge and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Expertise: You will be responsible for cutting and selling a variety of dairy products, including cheeses, yogurts, and fresh milk.
• Customer Engagement: You will actively engage with customers, offering product recommendations and answering questions about our extensive selection.
• Presentation & Display: You will create visually appealing cheese platters and maintain the cleanliness and organization of shelves and refrigerators.
• Inventory Management: You will assist in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels, paying close attention to product expiration dates.
