The Administrative Support department at MSA Provence Azur is seeking a qualified Administrative Support Specialist to enhance their operations. This position is focused on overseeing health insurance processes, which includes managing healthcare benefits and coordinating complementary health insurance services. Key responsibilities encompass the processing of claims, management of sick leave cases, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
- Evaluate and process documentation to ensure accurate application of health regulations
- Manage sick leave cases by confirming eligibility, entering data into the system, and conducting necessary follow-ups
- Administer daily benefits payments in alignment with established procedures and regulations
