Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for onboarding partners, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to our partners, addressing operational questions, claims, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to our partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide expert support to our partners.
  • Work closely with the onboarding coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide training to new partners as needed.
  • Monitor and report on support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support. You will have:

Strong technical skills, with experience in VoIP, SIP, IP networks, and Linux.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and partners.A strong understanding of customer success principles and the ability to drive partner satisfaction.Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
