Job Overview
Based in Neuilly-sur-Seine and reporting to the Site HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Training Management:
You will plan and organize training sessions in collaboration with operational managers. You will contribute to the development of training by implementing mentoring, valuing pedagogical content deployed by internal trainers.
You will accompany the HR Manager in presenting numbers and actions to management and employee representative bodies.
You will ensure compliance with the annual budget per site and follow various subsidies related to programmed training.
HR Reporting Management:You will contribute to adapting and following HR indicators, HR dashboards: absenteeism, staff, presentation documents for site CSE meetings, tracking employee representative hours.
Neuilly-sur-Seine Site Management: You will accompany the HR Manager in the operational and daily management of the head office. Support to the HR Manager on annual campaigns: annual and professional interviews, NAOCross-functional Missions
- Support the preparation of HR Europe meetings organized by the Europe HR Director (data collection, presentation support preparation, event organization)
Profile:
- You hold a higher education degree and are preparing a Master's 1 or 2 in alternation with a specialization in Human Resources.
- You master office tools (Pack Office); being proficient in English would be an asset.
- You have a good command of English.
- You possess relational and written communication skills.
- You are dynamic and motivated to develop organizational and polyvalent qualities around multiple HR topics.
- Your curiosity and enthusiasm will be determining factors in joining our team and successfully pursuing your professional development in the HR field through alternation.
