Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Infirmier(ère) to join our team in the Medical Care and Rehabilitation Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care and rehabilitation services to patients, including:
- Medical Care:
- Observe and record patient health status, including vital signs and medical history
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Rehabilitation:
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients
- Conduct physical and occupational therapy sessions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A diploma in nursing or a related field
- Experience in medical care and rehabilitation, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
