MedinCell is a dynamic pharmaceutical organization engaged in the development of pioneering long-acting injectable therapies across various medical fields utilizing our proprietary BEPO technology.
We are seeking a seasoned Analytical Chemist to join our Analytical Development & Testing team in Montpellier, focusing on advanced physico-chemical methodologies (e.g., Particle Size Distribution, Rheological Analysis, Differential Scanning Calorimetry).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine performance evaluations on analytical instruments and resolve any technical challenges.
- Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to instrument operation and analytical methods.
- Perform comprehensive literature reviews, develop methodologies, and execute tests utilizing various analytical techniques.
- Facilitate method transfer and implementation for both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of pertinent experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years in Analytical Chemistry.
- Proficiency in Particle Size Analysis, Rheology, and DSC methodologies.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Morphologi G3, Mastersizer 3000, Lab X, and Empower 3 is a plus.
- Experience with GMP/GLP standards and ICH Guidelines is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional decision-making and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication in both English and French.
