AXA Group Operations is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documents describing our strategy, aligned with the AXA Group Strategic cycles.
  • Articulate the execution of our strategy through the set-up of strategic projects and prioritization of the investment portfolio.
  • Monitor and steer the implementation of our strategy, identifying and publishing associated KPIs.
  • Communicate on our strategy content and its execution to support appropriation across operational teams.
  • Support the maturity increase of our project portfolio management process, contributing to the definition, implementation, and improvements of the Project Portfolio Management Framework.
Requirements
  • Experience in consulting (~5 years)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent in English
