Senior Project Manager

At Axa Group Operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to join our team. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of related projects and initiatives aligned with our strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor overall program progress, resolve issues, and communicate with senior management.
- Ensure program deliverables meet business needs and are aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain project management knowledge and develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure that project management tools and technologies are effectively utilized to support project management teams.
- Proficiency in project and program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar software for planning, tracking, and reporting on program activities.
- Knowledge of portfolio management tools to oversee and manage a group of projects within a portfolio.
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Familiarity with risk management tools and techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to track program performance, assess KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in resource management tools to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
- Experience with change management tools and methodologies to address changes within the organization.
- Knowledge of financial management tools to oversee program budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
- Understanding of quality management tools and techniques to ensure that program deliverables meet business needs and are aligned with organizational goals.
- Fluent written and spoken English and a second language a plus.
- Proficiency in project and program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar software for planning, tracking, and reporting on program activities.
- Knowledge of portfolio management tools to oversee and manage a group of projects within a portfolio.
