At Intelligent Employment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contamination Control Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the reduction of contamination in the production process, ensuring a successful installation and commissioning phases.
- Assess equipment entering the clean room protection scheme and evaluate feasibility for admission.
- Participate in on-site management of contamination control during installation.
- Identify and lead the mitigation of contamination risk points in equipment.
- Monitor process contamination and participate in problem-solving efforts for contamination-related issues.
- Optimize process parameters for dust removal and magnetization.
- Conduct on-site inspections of foreign bodies and contamination.
- Promote foreign body and contamination control training for internal and external partners.
- Lead the solidification of dust removal and demagnetization process parameters.
- Create contamination control plans and promote cleaning work instruction optimization.
- Lead and promote the solution of Hipot issues.
- Conduct regular contamination audits of each facility area.
Requirements:
- Expertise in contamination control and process optimization.
- Experience in leading teams and managing contamination control processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate contamination risk points.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
