About the Role

The successful candidate will join the Administrative Management Unit of the General Secretariat as part of the Budget Department, under the authority of the Deputy Secretary General. They will be in contact with permanent staff, students, partner companies, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Ensai's accounting system.

Additionally, they will oversee the revenue collection functions. This includes receiving tuition fees and implementing online payment systems for conferences and seminars organized by the school.

They will also provide support to users of the accounting software.

Accounting and Financial Management

Expense Management:

• Financial management of purchases (contractual commitments, creation of suppliers, entry of orders and liquidations...)

• Verification and payment of travel expenses

• Financial management of contracts in collaboration with the GENES' procurement manager

• Ordering of expenses (mandates, treatment of rejections, reminders...)

Revenue Management:

• Revenue classification (apprenticeship tax, conventions...)

• Management of the revenue collection system (tuition fees, conferences, OPCO master...)

Budget Execution

End-of-Year Work:

• Payable and receivable charges

• Amortization allocations

• Outstanding orders

Accounting Treatment of Fixed Assets:

• Physical inventory in ImmoNet, valuation of assets, amortization allocations...

Beginning-of-Year Work:

Interim Management Report:

Reporting

• Providing tracking tables

• Executing and using dedicated application queries

Particular Conditions of Exercise

About the Ideal Candidate

Required Profile:

Profile and Skills:

• Diplomas: Level 5 (Bac +2)

• Ability to work in a regulatory framework

• Knowledge of budgetary and general accounting (GBCP) and general accounting. Experience in the latter would be an asset.

• Practice of management tools / Financial applications

• Practice of the MS Office suite

Required Qualities:

• Autonomy, adaptability, good organizational skills

• Ability to work in a team and have a sense of the general interest

• Ability to learn; professional curiosity

• Ability to integrate processes and revisions of processes
