Boston Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Institutions Practice Area, you will work closely with clients to help them navigate the complex and ever-evolving financial services landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to define and implement global risk governance frameworks and associated organizations.
- Model and align risk management processes with clients' objectives and regulatory constraints.
- Lead project management initiatives with risk departments, including stress testing, FRTB, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and their operational application in the specific context of our clients.
- Support clients in optimizing their Risk and Compliance capabilities.
- Develop and execute strategies to address complex business problems.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to set ambition, identify opportunities, and execute strategies.
- Experience working with leading consulting firms focused on Financial Services, or experience with banks or FinTechs.
- Experience working in multiple areas of Risk and Compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with strong presence and leadership skills.
- Experience devising and implementing strategy involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions.
- Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams and drive change within organizations.
- Collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experience in international work.
