Role Overview:
- Oversee a team of approximately 40 individuals within a production or logistics sector,
- Enhance the capabilities of your team members,
- Play a vital role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic objectives,
- Take responsibility for your domain in project management and ongoing improvement initiatives (quality, health, safety),
- Manage or direct work groups to optimize operational practices and minimize waste,
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, fostering engagement and communication with your team,
- Cultivate a positive work environment and address conflicts effectively,
- Encourage participation and accountability among all team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience or a Master's Degree,
- Prior experience in frontline management is advantageous,
- Proficiency in English is beneficial.
