About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a New Business Development Manager for our road transportation division in France.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business, working closely with our BD Director of Road Transport and regional BD teams across European territorial sites.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and professionalizing our sales in road transportation services, improving related processes, and offering an integrated solution to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects involving stakeholders from various departments, ensuring proper management of sales, quotations, client onboarding, and more.
  • Actively participate in sales projects and provide support to the regional sales team in business development.
  • Assist in generating and tracking potential clients, including creating presentations, business cases, quotations, and participating in events such as trade fairs and conferences.
  • Contribute to the creation of contracts and the incorporation of new clients into the company's sales.
  • Create, maintain, and improve sales process documentation, including introductory letters/emails, quotations, contracts/tariffs, sales reports, etc.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Able to travel across France (with strong focus on Northern France) for clients' visits, as well as occasionally travel to the rest of Europe for internal meetings
  • Experienced in working within multinational companies
